My work began as a personal search for stability during one of the most difficult seasons of my life.
After years working in the oil field, the loss of my father and the weight of stress and unhealthy coping patterns left me feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. What started as an attempt to simply feel better became a long and committed path of rebuilding from the inside out.
Over the years, I immersed myself in learning — studying meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, yoga, energy work, and Reiki, and spending time at retreats and working with teachers who helped deepen my understanding of the body, the nervous system, and the healing process.
Sound became a central part of that journey.
Music and vibration had always been meaningful to me, but through my own healing I experienced how sound could calm the nervous system, release tension held in the body, and create space for emotional processing and regulation.
Today, I share this work through sound journeys, group experiences, and retreats that draw from my training in breathwork, meditation, yoga, and energy-based practices. My intention is simple: to create experiences that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling more calm, grounded, and regulated.
While I work with people from all backgrounds, I feel a deep calling to support men — offering spaces where they can step out of constant pressure, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover a steady, authentic strength.
This work isn’t about fixing anyone.
It’s about creating the conditions for the nervous system to settle, the body to release what it’s holding, and for people to come back to themselves.
