There was a time in my life when I found myself wondering, “Where did I go?” I hadn’t noticed it happening, but somewhere along the way, the version of me that felt alive, connected, and excited about life had faded into the background. That experience became the beginning of a deeply personal journey back to myself.
What I discovered along the way is something I now hold at the core of my work: there is nothing missing in us. Each person already carries their own sense of “awesome” within them. Sometimes life clouds our awareness of it, or we lose our way to recognizing it, but it is never truly gone.
My role is not to fix, change, or create something new in the people I work with. Instead, I support people in becoming aware of, and reconnecting with, what has always been present within them. I offer a space where people can slow down, listen inward, and rediscover their own sense of clarity, truth, and aliveness.
